1. The Government of the Republic of Indonesia (GoI) through the Ministry of Religious Affairs has received financing from the Islamic Development Bank in the form of a type of shari’ah financing instrument(s) toward the cost of The Support to Development of Islamic Education Project. The Directorate General of Islamic Education, the Ministry of Religious Affairs, intends to apply a portion of the proceeds of this loan to payments under the contract for equipment in four universities, namely (1) UIN Sumatera Utara Medan, North Sumatera, (2) UIN Raden Fatah Palembang, South Sumatera, (3) UIN Walisongo Semarang and, (4) UIN Mataram, West Nusa Tenggara.
2. PIU 4in1 UIN Walisongo now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for Procurement of Equipment for UIN Walisongo Semarang, which consist of: supply and delivery of science laboratory, IT and astronomy equipment to the UIN Walisongo Semarang.
3. Bidding will be conducted through the International Competitive Bidding/Member Country (ICB/MC).
4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from PIU 4in1 UIN Walisongo Semarang and inspect the bidding documents during office hours starting from March 26^th, 2019 until May 24^th, 2019 at00 A.M – 03.00 P.M local time at the address given below.
5. A complete set of bidding documents may be obtained by eligible bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below. The softcopy of bidding Document (PDF version) is available for International Bidders and will be delivered via electronic mail.
6. Bids must be delivered to the address below and submitted on May 27^th, 2019 at 10.00 A.M. local time. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who choose to attend at the address below.
7. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security as appropriate of USD 140,000.00 (one hundred forty thousand US Dollars).
