MANAGER OF INFORMATION AND DOCUMENTATION MANAGEMENT

 

In order to realize good information and documentation management, open and accountable, The Rector of Walisongo State Islamic University of Semarang through Rector Decree Number B-1903 / Un.10.0 / R / HM.00 / 10/2017 dated 2 October 2017 appointed Drs. Abdul Hakim, M.Ag., Head of Institutional Cooperation and Public Relations at AAKK Bureau as Information and Documentation Manager of Walisongo State Islamic University of Semarang.

The duties and responsibilities of Information and Documentation Manager as follows:

  1. Coordinate the management of public information
  2. Conduct a consequential test of information to be excluded
  3. Providing, announcing, giving public information services that are open
  4. Resolving public information disputes, and
  5. Carry out duties and responsibilities in accordance with the provisions of legislation.

 

Furthermore, the Information and Documentation Manager synergizes with the Public Relations Division in managing in and out flow of Public Information which existing in Walisongo State Islamic University of Semarang.
