Semarang – At Early February 2018, the State Islamic University (UIN) Walisongo planned will build eight new buildings in campus III, among them; rectorate building, Planetarium, Library and ICT, Integrated Laboratory, Faculty of Syari’ah and Law, Faculty of Social and Politic, and Faculty of Science and technology. It was delivered by Rector of UIN Walisongo Prof. Dr. H Muhibbin MAg on Saturda y, (9/12) in the Evaluation Meeting of 4 in 1 PIU UIN Walisongo Program .
Prof. Dr. Muhibbin MAg said, After transformed be University , UIN Walisongo seriously complete supporting infrastructure for academic activities by adding physical infrastructure, laboratory and other academic equipments.
“These Eight international standard new buildings are a financial support from IsDB (Islamic Development Bank) centered in Jeddah,” he said.
Constructions of the eight new buildings are part of the scheme of The Support to Quality Improvement of the Islamic Higher Education Project or development project of UIN Walisongo Semarang.
The Buildings are Integrated Library, Integrated Laboratory, Planetarium and Observatory, Rectorate Building and Four Faculty buildings. Musahadi said the four faculty buildings will be built as consequences from development of new Faculties; those are Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business, Faculty of science and Technology, Faculty of Social and Political Science and Faculty of Psychology and Health.
Chairman of PIU UIN Walisongo, Dr. Musahadi said the project design already done on end of March 2017, election contractor already run 24 participants registered and 9 participants filed deals, result of evaluation already done on December 8 , 2017.
He said that the success of that depended on smooth document processing Approved by IDB. The result of selection already deposited to IDB, later IDB will determine the winner of the tender. Plan contract will signed 2018.
“We predict if it runs smoothly, January 2018 it can be signed by the winner of the tender. Soon or not depends on IDB”, Musahadi said .
He added the budget of the creation fund for the eight buildings given by IDB as Loan or Grant Outside Country (PHLN) for some Islamic universities in Indonesia.
“Table, chair, Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), and etc are from government. Not from IDB“, he said.
Chairman of Auction in this project, Adnan, said that he optimistic if the construction of building will be finished in fourteen months.
“We have analyzed appropriately through planner team, but nevertheless it might be many interference of natural condition such as rain”, Adnan explained.
Besides that, to anticipate delaying construction of eight new buildings, Adnan confessed, he himself will watch intensely on construction every building on campus 3 UIN Walisongo.

Semarang – Pada Awal Februari 2018 ini, Universitas Islam Negeri (UIN) Walisongo berencana akan membangun delapan gedung baru di daerah kampus tiga, diantaranya, Gedung rektorat, Planetarium, Liberary and ICT, Integritit Laboratorium, Fakultas Syariah dan Hukum, Fak. Syariah dan Hukum, Fak. Sosial dan Politik, dan Fak. Saintek. Hal ini disampaikan Rektor UIN Walisongo Prof Dr H Muhibbin MAg pada Sabtu, (9/12) dalam acara Rapat Evaluasi Program 4 in 1 PIU UIN Walisongo.
Prof Dr Muhibbin MAg mengatakan, Setelah bertransformasi menjadi Universitas, UIN Walisongo serius melengkapi sarana prasarana pendukung kegiatan akademik dengan menambah infrastruktur fisik, laboratorium dan peralatan-peralatan akademik lainnya.
“Delapan gedung baru bertaraf internasional ini dukungan dana dari IsDB (Islamic Development Bank) yang bermarkas di Jeddah,” katanya.
Pembangunan delapan gedung baru ini merupakan bagian dari skema The Support to Quality Improvement of Islamic Higher Education Project atau proyek pengembangan UIN Walisongo Semarang.
Gedung tersebut adalah Perpustakaan Terpadu, Laboratorium Terpadu, Planetarium dan Observatorium, Gedung Rektorat dan Empat gedung Fakultas. Musahadi menuturkan empat gedung fakultas ini dibangun sebagai konsekuensi dari pengembangan Fakultas baru, yakni Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam, Fakultas Sains dan Teknologi, Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik serta Fakultas Psikologi dan Kesehatan.
Ketua PIU UIN Walisongo Dr Musahadi Mengatakan, desain project sudah selesai akhir Maret 2017, pemilihan kontraktor sudah berjalan 24 peserta mendaftar dan 9 peserta mengajukan penawaran, hasil evaluasi sudah dilakukan 8 Desember 2017.
Ia mengatakan bahwa kesuksesan tergantung kelancaran proses dokumen itu di Approve IDB. Hasil seleksi sudah disetorkan IDB, nanti IDB yang menentukan pemenang tender. Rencana kontrak akan ditandatangani 2018.
“Kita memperkirakan kalau lancar, Januari 2018 bisa ditandatangani dengan pemenang tender. Cepat tidaknya tergantung IDB,” kata Musahadi.
Ia menambahkan, anggaran dana pembuatan delapan gedung itu diberikan oleh IDB sebagai Pinjaman atau Hibah Luar Negeri (PHLN) untuk beberapa universitas Islam di Indonesia.
“Untuk meja, kursi, Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), dan sebagainya itu dari pemerintah. Bukan dari IDB,” katanya.
Ketua Lelang dalam proyek ini, Adnan, mengatakan bahwa ia optimis pembangunan gedung tersebut akan selesai dalam empat belas bulan.
“Kita sudah analisa dengan tepat melalui tim perencana, namun tidak menutup kemungkinan banyak gangguan kondisi alam seperti hujan,” jelas Adnan.
Selain itu, untuk mengantisipasi molornya pembangunan delapan gedung baru itu, Adnan mengaku, dirinya akan mengawasi secara intens pembangunan setiap gedung di kampus tiga UIN Walisongo.

سمارانج- في أول الشهر فبراير 2018, ستبني جامعة والي سونجو 8 مبان حول جامعة الثالثة, منها بنيان المديرية, فلنتاريم, المكتبة ITC و معمل انتغرتي, كلية شريعة و الحكوم, كلية الاجتماعي و السياسة و كليةعلم الطب و التكنولوجيا هذ الأمر كما ذكره مدير الجامعة الأستاذ الدكتور الحاج محبين الماجستير يوم السبت, (9/12) في برنامج الإصلاح الاجتماعي برنامج 4للواحد PIU جامعة والي سونجو الإسلامية الحكومية سمارانج.
يقول مدير الجامعة الأستاذ الدكتور الحاج محبين الماجستير, بعد تغيير منزلة الجامعة يقصد يعني من IAIN-UIN ستكمل الجامعة وسائل الأنشطة الأكاديمية بزيادة المباني كالمعمل و الأدوات الأكاديمية. “بناء 8 مبان هذه, تنال المساعدة المالية من ISDB (Islamic development bank) المتمكن في جدة”.قال مدير الجامعة
بناء 8 بنايات هذ من خطة و برنامج تعمير البناء جامعة والي سونجو الإسلامية الحكومية سمارانج. ووجود تلك المبان يعني: المكتبة المتّحدة, المعمل المتّحد, فلنتاريوم و مرصد العام, مبنى المديرية و 4 من بنيان الكلّية. مشاهد يقول “بناء هذه المبان وجود من تطور الكلية الجديدة”, منها كلية إقتصادية و تجارة الإسلامية, كلية علم الطب و تكنولوجية, كلية علم الإجتماعي و السياسة, و كلية علم النفس و الصحة.
رئيس PIU جامعة والي سونجو الإسلامية الحكومية سمارانج يقول “تمت سورة العمل في آخر شهر مارس2017. قد سجل 24 من مقاول البناء و 9 من يقدمون المحاولة, وتم بالتقويم في التاريخ 8 من دسمبر 2017. فنجاح العمل بقدر على نجاح رسمية الاضبارة منIDB. فالحاصل من اختيار المقاول يحمل إلى IDB, و بعد قام بتقرير فائز العطاء. سيعقد إمضاء العقد في السنة 2018. “و نتمنى لوكانت العملية جيدة و صالحة, في أول شهر يناير 2018 يقدر بالإمضاء على فائز العطاء. سريعه و بطيئه توفق الأمر على IDB”. قال مشاهد.
وكانت ميزانية المالية يعطيها IDB كالاستعارة من خارج البلاد لبعض الجامعات في اندونسيا, فأالمكاتب و الكراسي و آلة لإستعراض جاءت من الحكومة. أدنان كرئيس المقاول يقول لقد ادينا التحليل بمساعدة لجنة التنفيذ,وهومتفائل بأنّ بناء البنايات ستتم قدر 14 شهرا, ولا ننكر بوجود المشاكل الطبيعية كالمطر, سيطر على استغراق الوقت في العمل أدنان كرئيس المقاول يستعد بالمراقبة و المرافقة في كل بناء المبنى في جامعة والي سونجو
